Vice President, Legal
Strategic legal leader partnering with executives and sales to provide guidance on capital markets, structured finance, and technology transactions. Drafts and negotiates complex SaaS and customer agreements while building scalable legal processes for a fintech platform.

What you'll do
- Work closely with the General Counsel, Head of Sales and SVP of Growth to oversee all legal aspects of customer documentation and capital markets technology products
- Draft and negotiate SaaS and other customer agreements
- Review and negotiate documentation in connection with our technology platform services and our Capital Solutions team
- Keep up to speed with industry trends and legal and regulatory market changes
You should have
- 12+ years of experience drafting and negotiating a variety of capital markets and finance agreements and related documentation, including asset backed facilities
- Fintech experience is a plus
- Ability to prioritize appropriately, and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- JD degree from a top tier law school, admission to the New York bar in good standing
- Flexible, positive, and team oriented approach to work
Compensation
Compensation includes a target OTE range of $250,000 - $325,000 consisting of base salary and a performance-based bonus. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's location, skills, experience, and market considerations. Additionally, equity is a component of the overall compensation package, providing employees with the opportunity to share in the long-term success and growth of the company.
