IT Support Engineer
Provides onsite and remote IT support for a hybrid workforce, owning the New York City office experience while administering endpoints, identity, SaaS tools, conference-room technology, and security processes. The role requires 3–5 years of IT support experience across macOS and Windows.

Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly first-line IT support for in-office and distributed employees.
- Own the New York City office IT experience, including conference rooms, Zoom Rooms, displays, and A/V support for executive and all-hands meetings.
- Lead IT onboarding and new-hire orientation in partnership with People Operations.
- Manage helpdesk tickets and meet first-response and resolution targets.
- Maintain support documentation, device lifecycle processes, and asset management.
- Administer MDM and endpoint fleets across macOS and Windows.
- Support telephony, softphone systems, identity and access management, and light networking troubleshooting.
- Contribute to IT and security initiatives, including device compliance, access reviews, tooling rollouts, automation, and safe AI-tool adoption.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience supporting and administering macOS and Windows.
- Experience deploying, configuring, and maintaining endpoint fleets at scale.
- Familiarity with identity, access, endpoint security, and modern SaaS administration.
- Strong customer-facing communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to support users in person and remotely while maintaining a calm, friendly approach.
- Collaborative, self-directed, growth-oriented working style.

- Scripting and automation experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve IT workflows.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $84,600–$94,000.
- Total compensation also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities.
- Individual pay is determined based on qualifications, experience, skillset, and internal equity.
