Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance stakeholders to map processes and translate business needs into clear, testable technical requirements.
- Lead projects through planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure while meeting scope, timeline, and quality goals.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the People Technology stack, including Workday and Greenhouse.
- Build and maintain test scripts with requirements traceability.
- Create concise user guides and launch communications to support user adoption.
- Provide hands-on configuration and troubleshooting support with a focus on accuracy and auditability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology project management role.
- Excellent written communication and ability to create precise, user-focused documentation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Workday and hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Greenhouse or other talent acquisition technology.
- Workday configuration experience.
Compensation
- $88,000–$138,000 base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
