Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders, including Frontend and UX, to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Build features that solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
- Participate in planning activities and perform code reviews.
- Translate high-level business requirements into software designs and communicate designs to other developers.
- Provide mentorship to Junior and Intermediate Engineers, helping them grow technically and removing blockers to autonomy.
Requirements
- 6+ years of programming experience.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in performing the duties.
- Strong computer science knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Go, Python, Django, MongoDB, and AWS.
