Responsibilities
- Own execution of customer programs across commercial and government missions
- Ensure delivery of program milestones, mission deployments, and operational readiness
- Serve as executive owner for successful program delivery
- Coordinate with government and commercial stakeholders
- Establish repeatable processes for integrating Quindar platform into customer mission environments
- Lead operational planning for new satellite missions and customer integrations
- Reduce onboarding time for new missions
- Ensure integrations meet reliability, security, and operational requirements
- Build and lead program management organization
- Implement structured program reviews, execution tracking, and delivery reporting
- Drive cross-team accountability
- Develop operational processes for deploying Quindar across multiple environments
- Establish operational dashboards and reporting
- Identify bottlenecks and implement systems to increase delivery speed
- Partner with leadership for operational readiness
- Translate growth plans into operational requirements
- Recruit and lead program management and operational staff
- Establish culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability
Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years leading programs, operations, or delivery organizations
- Active U.S. TS/SCI with Poly
- Experience in fast-paced organization or startup
- Delivering complex software or software/hardware systems
- Supporting government, aerospace, or national security programs
- Leading cross-functional teams for mission-critical systems
- Building operational processes in fast-growing organizations
Preferred:
- Aerospace, satellite operations, defense technology, or national security
- Working with DoD or intelligence community
- Managing complex deployments
- Scaling operational infrastructure in high-growth tech companies
