Responsibilities

  • Translate legal, security, and policy requirements into practical technical processes, controls, and documentation.
  • Build and maintain monitoring and controls that demonstrate systems meet policies and commitments.
  • Own cross-functional compliance programs across engineering, legal, sales, and operations from requirements through implementation.
  • Document how technical systems satisfy company policies and external obligations for customer security reviews and audits.
  • Identify, escalate, and close compliance gaps.
  • Build metrics and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Automate compliance controls wherever practical.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in technical program management, product or engineering operations, trust and safety, privacy operations, or a comparable role.
  • Experience running technical programs across engineering teams and shipping operational systems.
  • Ability to work fluently with software engineers and understand how systems operate.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous requirements into structured, implementable systems.
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through.
  • Strong communication with legal and engineering stakeholders.
  • Advanced use of AI tools is required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary: $251,000–$276,000 per year.
  • Competitive equity.
