Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end analytics project delivery from scoping to execution.
  • Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product Management teams.

  • Stay current with healthcare analytics trends and incorporate into services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics with proven client delivery.
  • Strong project management and client relationship skills.
  • Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.

AI Expectations

  • Strategic AI use for problem-solving, feedback loops, and decisions.
  • Curiosity in exploring AI tools and sharing workflows.
  • Integrate AI into processes for writing, data analysis, content, and design using tools like Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, etc.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Consulting or professional services experience in healthcare.
  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and GDPR.

Compensation

Base pay: $112,000–$165,000 USD annually (varies by location: SF Bay Area/NYC $129,000–$165,000; other US $112,000–$145,000). Eligible for bonuses, equity, health insurance, 401(k) match, and flexible time off.
