Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) or equivalent experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in healthcare analytics with proven client delivery.
- Strong project management and client relationship skills.
- Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
AI Expectations
- Strategic AI use for problem-solving, feedback loops, and decisions.
- Curiosity in exploring AI tools and sharing workflows.
- Integrate AI into processes for writing, data analysis, content, and design using tools like Notion AI, Perplexity, Claude, etc.

Compensation
Base pay: $112,000–$165,000 USD annually (varies by location: SF Bay Area/NYC $129,000–$165,000; other US $112,000–$145,000). Eligible for bonuses, equity, health insurance, 401(k) match, and flexible time off.
