Manages workplace operations across Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices, covering facilities, vendors, space planning, safety, budgets, and administrative services. The role requires office management, customer service, project coordination, UAE business knowledge, and availability for critical incidents.

Responsibilities
- Execute all operational aspects of the office, including facilities, services, health and safety, shipping, space management, budgets, and real estate projects.
- Own day-to-day workplace operations with a strong customer service orientation.
- Establish, improve, and manage vendor relations for facilities, janitorial services, office supplies, and related services.
- Liaise with property managers and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of building space issues.
- Interface with business stakeholders and internal teams to ensure space requirements are met and business needs are prioritized.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.
- Identify inefficiencies and create scalable processes and solutions.
- Perform general administrative tasks and handle last-minute requests and issues.
- Be available on-call to address critical incidents as they arise.
- Travel to other Palantir offices as needed, up to 25% of the time.
Requirements
- Prior office management experience.
- Background in hospitality and/or customer service.
- Strong understanding of how business is conducted in the UAE, including local culture and etiquette.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and execute several competing tasks and projects.
- Effective teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment.
- Project management abilities, including planning, timeline tracking, implementation, and cross-team communication.
