Experience Manager, Places

Responsibilities

• Approach workplace operations strategy with clarity, diversity, international audiences, and accessibility in mind for supported offices.
• Assign and manage tasks for local Experience team members (4+), including project/task distribution.
• Manage workplace operations, strategic development, and budget execution for Reddit’s EST regional offices.
• Support in-person meetings, events, and engagements including intake, vendor management, and feedback reports.
• Ideate, plan, and execute culture-building events within the office and local area.
• Support international customization of workplace programs, including employee perks.
• Create new workplace processes and ensure correct implementation.
• Oversee relationships with landlords, vendors (janitorial, security, reception, indoor plants), and internal partners (IT, HR, local leadership).
• Assist local team with high-visibility or company-wide projects.
• Maintain and update office documents (Reddit Wiki, expense reports, security policies).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years office coordination, administrative support, or similar; tech/startup experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years as People Leader.
• Experience across timezones, cultures, markets.
• Creative approach balanced with operational efficiency; juggle multiple projects and ambiguity.
• Excellent verbal/written communication.
• Operate under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving and clarifying questions.
• Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
