About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire orientation program: logistics, vendor relationships, and operational infrastructure
  • Execute performance review cycles: timelines, stakeholder alignment, communications, and cross-functional coordination
  • Document, optimize, and automate manual processes in people programs
  • Manage vendor relationships end-to-end including procurement, contract renewals, and partnership management
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person orientation components
  • Contribute to content iteration and design process as partner to strategy owners
  • Track budgets for swag, logistics, and related expenses

Requirements

  • 5+ years in program management, learning & development, talent development, or related people/HR function
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional context
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion
  • Proven experience facilitating learning or orientation content for diverse audiences
  • Track record of managing vendor relationships end-to-end: procurement, contract renewals, and ongoing partnership management
  • Located in the SF Bay Area with ability to support in-person orientation components in San Francisco office

Nice-to-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with instructional design tools and/or learning management systems
  • Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
  • Experience applying AI to automate or redesign people programs at scale
