About the role

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to bring on new business.
  • Partner with Product Managers to drive custom solutions for prospects.
  • Perform outreach through network and initiate conversations with enterprise prospects.
  • Attend industry events and build relationships through client entertainment.
  • Drive revenue by prospecting and building pipeline while building strong personal relationships with potential clients.
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the vertical you own.
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share with product and marketing teams.
  • Leverage skills and customers’ experience to evolve product and sales process.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in new business development.
  • Experience with enterprise sales cycles and in a startup environment.
  • Financial services experience preferred.
  • "Whatever it takes" attitude and motivation to deliver above-quota performance.
  • Self-starter who is invested in the success of the team.
  • Ability to travel regularly for in-person meetings, entertainment, and industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Compensation

Total Compensation: $150,000 - $350,000+, including commissions, dependent on multiple factors, which include the candidate's skills, experience, location and other qualifications.
