Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Conduct targeted outreach to identify and engage potential clients in insurance.
- Prospect Qualification: Qualify leads based on needs, pain points, and interest level.
- Outreach Strategy: Develop and execute creative outreach strategies, including cold calling, emailing, social selling.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain organized records of prospect interactions in CRM.
- Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and share customer insights.
- Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer pain points, and competitors.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech startups.
- Experience in regulated industries like insurance, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, with persistence in outreach.
- Ability to manage high volume of leads and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual base salary: $65,000 - $90,000.
- Commission and on-target earnings up to $85,000 - $120,000.
- Equity and comprehensive benefits.
