What You'll Do
- Own a revenue target and the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise closes
- Break into new enterprise accounts while expanding footprint within existing strategic customers
- Develop and execute vertical-specific GTM strategies, identifying high-value use cases for Rokt's platform
- Become a trusted advisor to customers: understand their business deeply, craft tailored solutions, and co-innovate on the product roadmap
- Lead with clear recommendations based on industry expertise; don't present menus, present solutions
- Prioritize lighthouse accounts that can serve as category-defining references
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI teams to bring new solutions to market
- Develop sales collateral, proposals, and presentations that position Rokt's differentiated value
- Continuously refine sales tactics and share best practices. We win as a team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in e-commerce technology. SaaS, API solutions, or adtech/martech
- A track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems, build consensus across disparate groups, and close highly customized commercial agreements
- Technical fluency. You can have credible conversations about APIs, data integrations, and AI/ML with engineering leaders
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present confidently and build connections from ICs to C-level executives
- A strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets combined with creative, tactical execution
- A "roll up your sleeves" mentality. You bring order to chaos and aren't above doing what needs to be done
- Genuine excitement about AI, ecommerce innovation, and building something that matters
Target total compensation ranges from $149,000 - $267,000, including a fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $130,000 an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits.
