Developer Experience Engineer
Build and maintain open-source SDKs, MCP tooling, APIs, and other developer products to make ElevenLabs’ developer experience exceptional. The role requires strong full-stack engineering, API design, technical writing, communication, and issue-triage skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain open-source projects that drive developer adoption.
- Work on server-side and client-side SDKs and an MCP server across the developer journey.
- Design and improve the ElevenLabs API.
- Build developer tooling and act as “customer zero” for new developer products.
- Triage technical issues and communicate effectively with developers.
- Write engaging technical content, including in-depth blog posts.
- Attend, speak at, and engage with developer conferences.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining open-source software, ideally SDKs.
- Strong full-stack engineering skills.
- API design expertise.
- Passion for writing technical content.
- Excellent technical communication and issue-triage skills.
