Enablement Engineer
Enable customers to adopt and maximize Crusoe Cloud through technical training, content, demos, reference architectures, and industry advocacy. The role requires deep Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure expertise plus strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver live training, webinars, and workshops teaching customers to use Crusoe Cloud features and realize platform value.
- Produce technical content, including blog posts, whitepapers, and guides on Kubernetes architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Script, record, and produce how-to videos, feature deep dives, and webinar demonstrations.
- Represent Crusoe at industry events such as KubeCon as a speaker, evangelist, and subject matter expert.
- Build and maintain reference architectures and GitHub sandbox examples integrating Crusoe Cloud with the CNCF ecosystem, including ArgoCD, Rancher, and KubeVirt.
- Create proof-of-concept guides and technical decks for enterprise sales enablement.
- Channel customer feedback to the product team to help shape the roadmap.
- Manage a content calendar and lab environments in a high-growth startup environment.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals, including API servers, namespaces, RBAC, and multi-tenancy.
- Hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure, including compute and storage.
- Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code and major cloud providers such as AWS/EKS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training for engineering or developer audiences.
- Experience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training.
- Ability to explain complex topics to both C-level executives and junior DevOps engineers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Open-source contribution or advocacy experience with projects such as Knative, Tekton, or OpenStack.
- OpenStack or KubeVirt experience.
- Familiarity with DevContainer standards, CLI tool development, and local-to-cloud development workflows such as DevPod.
- Experience creating sales enablement materials or supporting developer relations and external marketing efforts.
- Background at a cloud infrastructure or platform company.

- Compensation range: $140,000–$170,000 annually.
