Demand Generation Manager
Own and scale always-on B2B SaaS demand generation programs across paid, email, content, events, and ABM. The role partners closely with sales, manages attribution and marketing automation, and requires at least four years of hands-on campaign experience.

Responsibilities
- Design, launch, and own always-on demand generation campaigns across paid, email nurture, and content syndication.
- Build and manage the campaign calendar and reporting cadence, providing visibility into MQL and SQL flow.
- Partner with sales leadership and representatives to align campaigns with territory and segment expansion.
- Manage lead scoring, routing, and attribution to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Run experiments across paid social, paid search, webinars, retargeting, and ABM, prioritizing pipeline generation.
- Drive attendance, follow-up, and promotion for field events.
Requirements
- 4+ years of end-to-end demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with paid, email, and content-driven campaigns.
- Experience collaborating closely with sales and SDR teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Strong command of marketing automation and attribution tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to connect campaigns to meaningful sales metrics.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience marketing to developers or technical buyers.
- Experience scaling demand generation alongside a rapidly growing sales team.
- Account-based marketing experience.
- Familiarity with voice AI, real-time infrastructure, or WebRTC.
