Responsibilities
- Administer and support Atlassian Cloud products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence).
- Design, configure, and optimize workflows, schemes, automation rules, and governance controls.
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations, webhooks, and automation solutions.
- Build and manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., DevOps toolchains, CI/CD platforms, identity providers, and collaboration tools).
- Configure, manage, and support marketplace applications.
- Administer Atlassian Access (SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security policies).
- Design advanced dashboards, complex JQL queries, and executive-level reporting solutions.
- Implement and maintain data synchronization strategies between Atlassian and external systems.
- Perform system audits, health checks, and performance monitoring.
- Develop technical documentation, standards, and integration guidelines.
- Support cloud migrations and post-migration optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Atlassian administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian Cloud environments.
- Proven experience with Atlassian REST APIs, webhooks and automation frameworks, ScriptRunner (or similar automation tools), and integration with DevOps toolchains.
- Advanced knowledge of Jira workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations.
- Experience administering Atlassian Access (SSO, SCIM, and security controls).
- Advanced JQL expertise and dashboard/report development.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience writing scripts (Python, Groovy, or similar).
- Experience managing enterprise-scale environments (1,000+ users).
- Familiarity with ITIL, governance, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI integrations or Tableau integrations.
- Experience integrating Atlassian products with Microsoft Azure services (Azure DevOps, Entra ID, and CI/CD pipelines).
