Responsibilities
- Scope and co-develop production-level data science projects with customers across industries and use cases.
- Help users discover and master the Dataiku platform through user training, office hours, and ongoing consultative support.
- Provide strategic input to customers and account teams.
- Provide data science expertise to customers and Dataiku’s sales and marketing teams.
- Develop custom Python-based plugins with Solutions, R&D, and Product teams to enhance Dataiku’s functionality.
Requirements
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new topics, skills, technologies, and modeling techniques.
- Empathy and ability to share knowledge with colleagues, customers, and the broader public.
- Ability to explain complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- More than 2 years of experience with Python and SQL.
- More than 2 years of experience building machine learning models and using machine learning tools such as scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data visualization in Python and R.
- Understanding of underlying data systems, including cloud architectures, Hadoop, or SQL.
Nice-to-haves
- Consulting or customer-facing data science experience.
- Data engineering or MLOps experience.
- Experience developing web applications with JavaScript, R Shiny, or Dash.
- Experience building APIs.
- Experience using enterprise data science tools.
- Passion for teaching or public speaking.
