About the role
What You’ll Do
Directly operate metal printing software and equipment to prepare, orient, nest, and support dental products (e.g., crowns, bridges, implant bars, frameworks) in a fast-paced production environment.
Launch and monitor metal print jobs, verify machine readiness, and ensure successful build completion according to established workflows and production timelines.
Serve as a key operator with firsthand insights into workflow, machine performance, and production capacity improvement opportunities that help drive throughput and product quality.
Quickly troubleshoot process, equipment, software, and print-related issues while operating within a high-volume dental manufacturing environment.
Uphold strict manufacturing and print quality standards including build preparation protocols, machine operating procedures, powder handling processes, and inspection requirements.
Partner closely with team members across production, design, and quality teams to quickly identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Assist with machine cleaning, routine maintenance, powder handling, and workspace organization to ensure safe and efficient production operations.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
High comfort level with digital tools, software systems, and technology
Mechanical curiosity and interest in advanced manufacturing technologies
