Product Manager

Owns large AI product surfaces in healthcare revenue cycle management, drives discovery with clients, builds and ships agentic workflows using AI tools, and leads strategy, pilots, and cross-functional execution for B2B impact. Requires 5+ years PM experience, technical background, and RCM domain expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Think deeply on a product surface, not just a single product or feature.
  • Drive product discovery with existing clients and prospective customers to understand and articulate their problems.
  • Build products, features, demos using tools like Claude, Codex, Cursor.
  • Ship high quality products and features that deliver customer value and business outcomes (ARR + # customers).
  • Lead pilots, implementations, and enterprise commits with customer success for new product initiatives.
  • Work closely with founding team, engineering, customer success, and GTM to create new product and business verticals.
  • Become a domain expert in healthcare billing and revenue cycle management (RCM).
  • Define success metrics and AI evals.
  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for new agents.
  • Talk to customers every day.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Technical background.
  • Domain experience in the RCM space.
  • Experience leading large, complex product surfaces in B2B or highly antiquated industries.
  • Excited to flex between 0-1 product initiatives and scaling core product from 1-X.
  • Bias towards action; fast executor.
  • Organized; proficient with Linear, Notion.
  • High agency.
  • Analytical; fluent in SQL, dashboards (Claude, MotherDuck, Posthog).
  • Great communicator.
  • Previous founder experience a plus.
