Manager, Product Management - Figma Platform Experience

Leads product management teams responsible for coherent, collaborative experiences across Figma’s multi-product platform. The role requires strategic product leadership, strong UX and systems thinking, cross-functional influence, and at least five years managing PMs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams owning shared user experiences across the Figma product suite, including platform coherence, multiplayer, collaborative experiences, and the internal Figma Pattern Library design system.
  • Set vision, strategy, and goals for workflows and interoperability across Figma.
  • Drive decisions and establish high standards for leadership and product management craft across organizational boundaries.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to deliver outcomes across the group and company.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a senior bench of product managers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to drive challenging, broad changes across multiple groups.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Deep user empathy, comfort with complexity, and a drive for simplicity.
  • Track record of setting strategy and executing major user-facing initiatives in environments of scale, ambiguity, and technical and product complexity.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing product managers, coaching senior PMs, and fostering collaborative, high-performance teams.
  • Strong systems thinking, UX judgment, pace, and ability to operate with high agency.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading major cross-application overhauls.
  • Experience with design systems in a multi-product company.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $204,000–$348,000 USD.
