Product Manager, Teams & Business

Own the roadmap and launch of Suno’s business products for professional creatives, teams, and large companies, taking offerings from validation through repeatable revenue. Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for business products serving professional creatives, teams, and large companies.
  • Build collaboration, workspace, administration, security, and privacy capabilities for organizations.
  • Design pilots and betas, engage customers directly, and translate feedback into build, kill, and sequencing decisions.
  • Drive business readiness with Engineering, Security, and Legal, including SOC 2, GDPR, and secure, scalable foundations.
  • Develop integrations and connection points with business workflows and systems.
  • Partner with commercial and business development teams on sales motions, land-and-expand strategy, partner feedback loops, and deal-blocking product gaps.
  • Define and drive revenue KPIs, including new business revenue, partner activation, usage growth, and account expansion.
  • Communicate results, tradeoffs, and recommendations to the team and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including taking a new B2B, prosumer, or platform product from zero to revenue.
  • Experience owning product definition, validation, first customers, and iteration.
  • Understanding of usage-based pricing, seat and tier packaging, and self-serve and sales-assisted motions.
  • Experience building for organizations, including permissions, administration, security, and compliance.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, drive consensus, and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Data-driven approach using customer conversations and quantitative signals to prioritize.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority across product, engineering, and sales.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams and engaging directly with business customers.
  • Ability to balance revenue goals with customer trust.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience shipping collaboration, workspace, or administration and governance features.
  • Experience shipping developer or platform products, including platform primitives, developer experience, documentation, and partner integration lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with the music industry, creative tools, or content rights and licensing.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Genuine interest in music and Suno's product.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $200,000–$300,000, before equity.
