Growth Product Manager, Consumer Subscription

Owns Suno’s consumer subscription conversion and retention engine, including paywalls, pricing, offers, and winback flows. About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the consumer conversion and retention experience end to end, including purchase and upgrade flows, paywalls, pricing pages, offers, and winback flows.
  • Drive consumer revenue KPIs, including free-to-paid conversion, subscriber churn, ARPU and plan mix, and consumer subscription revenue.
  • Develop a rigorous A/B testing strategy for conversion, paywalls, user education, and feature adoption.
  • Own the conversion system used by acquisition channels, partnering with performance marketing on landing pages to create a coherent click-to-purchase experience.
  • Improve experimentation velocity through processes, infrastructure, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Translate qualitative and quantitative user research and behavioral data into structured test plans with clear hypotheses and success criteria.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Growth Marketing to ship quickly without sacrificing quality or user trust.
  • Communicate results, tradeoffs, and recommendations clearly to the team and leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally at a consumer subscription or freemium product.
  • Experience in growth product management, with potentially adjacent experience in data science, strategy and operations, or growth marketing.
  • Strong data-driven decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence without authority.
  • Systems-oriented approach to experimentation, pricing, packaging, and monetization.
  • Ability to balance monetization with user trust.
  • Strong bias toward action, ownership, and delivering results.
  • Applicants must be eligible to work in the US and willing to work 5 days a week from the NYC office.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms, product analytics, and agentic workflows.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
  • Genuine interest in music and Suno's product.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary: $200,000–$300,000, before equity.
