Senior Accountant
Own the multi-entity month-end close, consolidations, audits, and financial reporting while partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams. The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and preferably public accounting or CPA experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the month-end close across multiple entities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Manage accruals and prepaids and ensure expenses are recorded in the appropriate periods.
- Build and maintain intercompany schedules and support consolidation and elimination entries.
- Produce accurate financial reporting across entities and at the consolidated level.
- Drive audits through clean workpapers, strong documentation, and proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with operations, finance, and legal on budgets, forecasts, and business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements as the company scales.
- Support acquisitions and new-entity integrations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of accounting experience; public accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience at a Big Four or regional accounting firm is preferred.
- Strong understanding of GAAP.
- Ability to work in a high-growth, high-complexity environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership.
- Strong ownership, initiative, and ability to work quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with multi-entity environments, consolidations, and intercompany accounting.
- CPA or active CPA candidacy.
Compensation
- Base salary: $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience and CPA status.
