Responsibilities
- Manage the accounts receivable collections process for an assigned book of business.
- Analyze customer payment patterns and aging reports to identify trends and potential issues.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Revenue, and Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
- Manage billing inquiries and collectability concerns through Zendesk, triaging issues to the appropriate teams and driving collections.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to facilitate prompt payment and resolve outstanding balances.
- Help customers understand bills that vary by usage and plan type.
- Assist with external audits, compliance, and special projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounts receivable team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounts receivable or billing operations experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently with strong work ethic, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Tableau.
