Responsibilities
- Lead daily financial operations for MongoDB’s cloud marketplace business across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Oversee integrations between partner portals and internal finance systems, safeguarding transaction accuracy, revenue integrity, and operational continuity.
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable lifecycle, including invoice accuracy, aging monitoring, collections, cash targets, and month-end close activities.
- Ensure timely cash application and daily reconciliation of marketplace receipts; minimize unapplied cash and resolve remittance discrepancies.
- Act as the primary Finance liaison for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud partners.
- Standardize Order-to-Cash workflows, identify billing-cycle bottlenecks, and implement automation for scale.
- Lead and develop a team of Accounts Receivable Specialists in India.
- Partner with Marketplace Operations, Marketplace Billing, Customer Success, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure contract alignment, billing accuracy, and revenue visibility.
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls, support audits, and recommend control or process changes as business operations evolve.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Revenue Operations.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth Global Capability Center or SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with automated collections tools and reporting.
- Expert Excel skills, including data manipulation, Power Query, and complex reconciliations.
- Deep understanding of hyperscaler billing dynamics, including payout reports, net versus gross revenue, and fee structures.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, multi-currency datasets.
- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of US GAAP and SOX controls related to the Order-to-Cash cycle.
