About the role

Responsibilities

  • Running and optimizing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and X, managing budgets, testing creative, and driving down CAC week over week.
  • Owning exa.ai as a conversion surface by shipping landing pages, running A/B tests, fixing funnel leaks, and building pages specific to verticals, personas, and use cases.
  • Managing the paid media agency relationship: setting priorities, reviewing performance, deciding what stays outsourced vs. comes in-house as scale.
  • Scaling campaigns from self-serve developers to large enterprise buyers.
  • Testing 10+ new ad concepts per week across channels, working with designers and creative partners to iterate on what's converting.
  • Standing up new channels (programmatic, podcast ads, CTV) as core channels are proven out and spend expands.
  • Building the growth model and dashboards, tying every dollar to pipeline contribution, ACV influence, and win rate.

Requirements

  • Channel operator with hands-on experience managing campaigns in-platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
  • Web-fluent with ability to ship landing pages quickly, run rigorous A/B tests, and work with the modern web stack.
  • AI-native mindset using latest AI tools to automate and accelerate work.
  • Analytically rigorous with experience measuring incrementality and statistical significance.
  • Creative marketer who ideates new campaigns, creative angles, and copy for technical and enterprise buyers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building programs from zero; high grit and hunger.
  • Excited to advocate for Exa and building perfect search.
