- Own customer activation and platform success across a portfolio.
- Understand customer use cases, business objectives, and success metrics.
- Build and co-develop custom AI solutions and workflows that deliver measurable business impact.
- Design and execute activation strategies, including champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, customized training, and workshops.
- Create advocate networks, champion communities, and power-user communities within customer organizations.
- Train internal customer trainers to scale enablement.
- Facilitate tailored live and virtual training sessions for diverse audiences.
- Partner with curriculum teams while customizing and delivering customer-specific programs.
- Refine materials using customer feedback and adoption data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer needs and training opportunities.
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience owning customer activation and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
- Deep experience mapping customer workflows and business objectives to solutions.
- Experience implementing champion programs, office hours, dashboards, and workshops.
- Proven success building advocate networks and power-user communities.
- Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
- Ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos for customer use cases.
- Comfort understanding technical concepts and communicating them to varied audiences.
- Expertise delivering live and virtual instructor-led workshops.
- Strong stakeholder relationship-building and program management skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% domestically and internationally.
