Build and scale Assembled’s customer marketing program through customer stories, advocacy, references, campaigns, launches, and partner or creator marketing. Responsibilities
- Own the voice-of-the-customer program by capturing and synthesizing customer feedback from interviews, reviews, win/loss analysis, and support themes.
- Build and manage a customer story engine covering case studies, video, quotes, event speaking opportunities, and proof points.
- Design customer-centered lifecycle campaigns, events, awards, and advocacy initiatives.
- Own customer advocacy and references end to end.
- Partner on product launches by incorporating customer proof and design-partner evidence into launch narratives.
- Extend into partner and creator marketing, including co-marketing and relationships with trusted industry voices.
- Report on pipeline influence, active customer stories, references sourced, advocacy participation, and related metrics.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or both at a high-growth company.
- Experience building marketing programs from scratch.
- Strong storytelling and campaign development skills.
- Program management skills, including trackers, calendars, production schedules, follow-through, and legal approval coordination.
- Ability to secure customer participation and communications approval, including from senior enterprise leaders.
- Ability to build AI workflows—not just use chat tools—for research synthesis, content creation, and operational systems.
- Ability to edit and ship polished content created with AI assistance.
- Curiosity about customer motivations, retention, and advocacy.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment without an established playbook.
