Product Manager, Ecosystem

Own end-to-end ecosystem integration priorities: research source systems, define integration requirements, map data into FloQast's platform, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Alliances to deliver production integrations.

About the job

What You'll Do

  • Define ecosystem integration priorities: evaluate which source systems deliver the most customer value, and align the integration roadmap with product strategy and partnership goals.
  • Evaluate source systems - subledgers and billing platforms, banks and treasury systems, payroll providers, T&E platforms, and others - understanding their data schemas, connectivity patterns, and relevance to FloQast accounting workflows.
  • Drive the technical definition of integrations: connectivity approach (sFTP, API, data sharing), source data structure, mapping requirements, and how data flows into FloQast's canonical data models via the Data Platform.
  • Map source data into FloQast's canonical schemas using FloQast’s Data Studio, ensuring data is accurately normalized and ready for use across FloQast applications.
  • Build source system playbooks and workflow guidance so customers and implementation teams extract value from integrations faster.
  • Align with Product and Alliances teams on ecosystem priorities, partnership opportunities, and integration roadmap sequencing.
  • Support GTM teams with the story of FloQast-ecosystem value: what each integration unlocks, what customer problems it solves, and how it extends the platform.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Migration Engineers, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support to turn integration designs into working, production-grade data flows.
  • Provide N-tier support for customers during onboarding and ongoing operations, troubleshooting integration, mapping, and data issues.
  • Scale integration patterns and documentation so new source systems can be onboarded faster and more consistently over time.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in data integration, technical implementation, solutions consulting, analytics engineering, data migration, or a similar hands-on technical role.
  • Working proficiency in SQL, Python, and scripting, with direct experience building or working with data pipelines, APIs, or ETL workflows.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large structured and semi-structured files - CSV, TSV, and Excel-based data exports.
  • Experience analyzing source system schemas, understanding data relationships, and designing mappings for downstream consumption.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across customers, partners, Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving quickly without close oversight.
  • A practical, ownership-oriented mindset with a bias toward getting working integrations into production.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with ecosystem source systems relevant to accounting workflows: subledgers and billing platforms, banks and treasury systems, payroll providers, or T&E platforms.
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial data - enough to recognize when balances, hierarchies, or data relationships do not make business sense.
  • Experience in a model-driven or metadata-driven data platform where source data is mapped, normalized, and published into reusable application-ready models.
  • Product management experience, or experience working closely with product teams to translate technical integration knowledge into requirements and roadmap decisions.
