Learning Operations Manager

Own the operational systems, technology, automation, and analytics supporting Pigment’s customer and partner education and certification programs. Responsibilities

Own Learning Operations and Program Delivery

  • Manage the operational execution of customer and partner education programs at scale.
  • Design and improve workflows that reduce manual effort and increase program efficiency.
  • Automate learner communications, registrations, reminders, certifications, and reporting through AI-enabled workflows and platform automation.
  • Evaluate AI tools that improve learner support, program administration, and operational scalability.
  • Develop repeatable systems that allow education programs to grow without linear increases in administrative effort.

Drive Certification and Ecosystem Growth

  • Support the growth and adoption of customer and partner certification programs.
  • Help develop certification pathways from foundational to advanced expertise.
  • Drive awareness, participation, and completion rates with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support train-the-trainer initiatives and scalable education programs.
  • Use AI-assisted engagement strategies and predictive insights to improve learner activation, progression, certification completion, and program participation.

Own Learning Technology and Systems

  • Administer the LMS and supporting learning technologies.
  • Design learning operations combining platform capabilities, workflow automation, and AI-driven processes.
  • Build and maintain automations for enrollment, reporting, certifications, learner support, and content operations.
  • Integrate learning systems with business systems and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement AI capabilities for learning operations, personalization, content discoverability, and learner engagement.
  • Maintain governance, data quality, security, and platform integrity.

Measure, Analyze, and Improve

  • Use AI-powered analytics and reporting to identify trends in learner behavior, certification adoption, and program effectiveness.
  • Develop actionable dashboards for Customer Education, Partner Enablement, and Customer Experience stakeholders.
  • Use predictive and behavioral data to improve learner journeys and certification outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve operational performance and learner experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in learning operations, education programs, certification management, enablement operations, or related fields.
  • Experience administering LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, LearnUpon, or similar solutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs and operational workflows.
  • Experience supporting customer education, partner education, enablement, certification, or talent development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve adoption, engagement, and program outcomes.
  • Ability to balance strategic program goals with operational execution.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across Customer Education, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and People teams.
  • Fluent French and English.

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms, AI copilots, or no-code automation tools.
  • Demonstrated use of AI, automation, or workflow orchestration tools to improve operational efficiency.
  • Curiosity about emerging AI technologies and their application to learning, enablement, and program operations.
  • Ability to identify manual processes and redesign them into scalable, automated workflows.
  • Comfort experimenting with new technologies and incorporating them into daily operations.
