Implementation Consultant, Audit
The Implementation Consultant will lead customer onboarding and value realization for an audit automation platform, partnering across customer success, sales, product, and engineering. Candidates need audit, technology consulting, or implementation experience plus strong project management, communication, and customer advisory skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver Fieldguide Accelerator, the company’s onboarding program, to new customers.
- Maintain regular customer engagement from sales handoff through value realization.
- Create implementation plans covering customer goals and the activities required to achieve them.
- Review onboarding progress regularly and adapt plans as needed.
- Cultivate customer champions and expand their product knowledge.
- Advocate for customers across Engineering, Product, Design, Customer Enablement, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate customer needs internally to inform the product roadmap, processes, and future onboarding iterations.
- Identify implementation risks proactively and develop action plans to mitigate them.
- Document customer value through case studies, use cases, and success metrics.
- Track customer adoption and value realization over time.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience leading financial statement audits, including SOX testing, internal controls documentation, and audit methodology or workpaper review; or
- At least 3 years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or a similar field at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Strong consulting skills and a record of driving business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
- Project management proficiency, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers, projects, and requests with limited oversight.
- Professional problem-solving skills while managing multiple customers.
- Executive presence and the ability to influence change.
- Effective communication with customers and internal teams.
- Bias toward action and ownership of projects from start to completion.
- Ability to work with minimal direction or oversight.
