Training Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design learning curricula to support the vision and strategy of the Operations training program.
• Translate business requirements into comprehensive training curricula and supporting content for operations teams.
• Apply adult learning principles and systematic instructional design across online, classroom, virtual, and blended learning formats.
• Design assessment methodologies aligned with accreditation frameworks and practices.
• Partner with Operations leaders to develop training programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Analyze metrics to identify high-priority training opportunities and measure impact after launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on high-priority projects, adapting to emerging needs.
• Assess and respond to training needs amid ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Harmonize training efforts across delivery centers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience driving training or enablement programs, with instructional design or training experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, online tutorials, multimedia products, and other training materials.
• Experience using data collection, research, and analysis to evaluate project outcomes and improve individual and organizational performance.
• Ability to manage stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions toward shared goals.

• Experience with learning management systems or other content delivery platforms.
• Interest in learning new technologies and identifying user and agent issues.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise deliverables.
• Experience identifying recurring customer and specialist issues and developing scalable training solutions.
