Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Rippling in India.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products.
- Understand legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each jurisdiction of India.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance to drive execution and ship successful products with velocity.
- Stay close to the data and build a deep understanding of what is required to achieve ambitious goals.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Product Management experience.
