Senior Technical Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, executing implementations on established use cases and improving the implementation process for faster customer value.
• Engage customers in meetings to gather feedback, understand needs, assist with custom configuration, guide timelines, and hold customers accountable.
• Provide omnichannel support and build documentation on best practices for the Plenful platform.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules.
• Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify and lead implementations for contract expansions.
• Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate new feature needs, product requirements, and close the feedback loop with customer input on design.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or related field.
• Experience working directly with customers or managing customer relationships.
• Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to varied audiences.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) and formats like JSON, XML, and YAML.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve unstructured problems with a customer-focused approach.
• Experience working across Sales and Account Management teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency.
• Comfort in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Healthcare industry experience (data quality management, prior authorizations, benefits verification).
• BA/BS degree.
