Responsibilities
- Configure Plenful for new customers and use cases, executing implementations on established use cases and improving the implementation process for faster customer value.
- Engage customers in meetings to gather feedback, understand needs, assist with custom configuration, guide timelines, and hold customers accountable.
- Provide omnichannel support and build documentation on best practices for the Plenful platform.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product Solutions, and Sales to define operational requirements for use case templates and modules.
- Partner with Account Management and Sales to identify and lead implementations for contract expansions.
- Work with Engineering and Product Solutions to communicate new feature needs, product requirements, and close the feedback loop with customer input on design.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Account Management, or related field.
- Experience working directly with customers or managing customer relationships.
- Ability to explain complex technical problems clearly to varied audiences.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with APIs and/or healthcare integration standards (FHIR, HL7) and formats like JSON, XML, and YAML.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve unstructured problems with a customer-focused approach.
- Experience working across Sales and Account Management teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts independently.
- Genuine interest in healthcare and improving industry efficiency.
- Comfort in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
