Senior Software Engineer I
Build and maintain high-traffic payment systems as a full-stack engineer, taking ownership across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. The role requires 5–7 years of production software experience, strong Golang skills, and comfort with fintech systems and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of features and customer outcomes across the stack.
- Navigate complex, high-traffic production systems and solve high-stakes technical problems.
- Contribute wherever needed across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, and problem solving while maintaining quality.
- Provide technical leadership and address technical debt proactively.
- Collaborate in person at the Kraków or Gdańsk offices 2–3 times per week.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience building software for high-traffic production environments.
- Highly proficient in Golang; PHP experience is preferred.
- Experience integrating AI into software development workflows.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
- Strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
Nice to Have
- Full-stack experience with React or JavaScript.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
- Payment-processing or fintech experience, including payment gateways, ledger systems, transaction routing, or PCI compliance.
- Mentoring experience through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

- 19,500–24,400 PLN net on a B2B contract.
