About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a frontline Business Development team, ensuring achievement of activity and targets to generate new demand on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Promote an environment fostering best practices, excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership for alignment and strategy improvement.
  • Work with People team to recruit top talent.
  • Provide coaching via call listening, email inspection, and social selling.
  • Contribute to results-oriented culture.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams (ideally SaaS/B2B tech) with track record of building/scaling high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years outbound sales development with consistent over-achievement in complex B2B sales cycles.
  • Navigate change with optimism in fast-paced environments.
  • Balance strategic thinking with hands-on tactics (core value: "Getting Stuck In").
  • Success implementing inbound/outbound sales strategies.
  • Candid, clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Proficient with Salesforce; improve KPIs for team performance.
  • High aptitude to learn technologies; expert in automated data integration.
  • Proven front-line sales team management mindset (no best, only better).
  • Literacy in AI applications to GTM motions.

Compensation

Denver Pay Range: $126,000—$157,500 USD OTE (On Target Earnings): $180,003.60—$225,004.50 USD

Qualifies for incentive plan; common to achieve total OTE.
