Responsibilities
Own and drive the Mid-Market revenue target.
Help establish and build out EliseAI's new Dallas office and grow its brand and market presence across Texas.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Account Executives with average deal sizes of $50K–$150K+.
Support AEs across prospecting, demos, negotiations, and expansions.
Drive adoption with Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders at multifamily operators.
Partner with SDRs and Marketing on ABM and pipeline-building campaigns.
Hire, onboard, and coach Mid-Market sales talent to consistently hit quota.
Run weekly pipeline reviews, business reviews, and one-on-ones to ensure forecast accuracy.
Champion Mid-Market customer needs to Product and Engineering.
Attend regional industry events to expand EliseAI's presence.
Work with Sales Operations and leadership to refine playbooks, scripts, and processes for scale.
Requirements
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales management experience in the Mid-Market segment.
Prior experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive with proven success.
Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as both an AE and manager.
Strong understanding of consultative, multi-threaded sales cycles involving procurement, legal, and multi-product deals.
Comfortable coaching using the MEDDPICC methodology.
Experience managing deals in the $50K–$150K+ range.
Comfortable with regular travel for conferences and client visits.
Willingness to work in person at the Dallas, TX office 4–5 days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
Estimated on-target earnings: $300,000–$350,000.
