About the role

The Role

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle with current ClickUp customers, building pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals through cross-selling, upselling, and expanding ClickUp’s footprint.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials, MQLs, and demo requests into paid customers.
  • Become an expert on the ClickUp platform to confidently address customer service and product questions.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos via online web conferencing tools.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success for a seamless customer journey.
  • Identify new customer segments and uncover opportunities to improve pipeline quality through proactive prospecting and account expansion.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant full sales cycle experience, with emphasis on expansion (cross-selling, upselling) preferably in a high-velocity SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Solution seller mindset: genuinely curious, good listener, highly accountable.

  • Experience with project management software or productivity tools.
  • Exposure to e-commerce signup flows or field sales.
