About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape how we communicate our differentiated value to a technical, discerning market and drive messaging and positioning across go-to-market channels and assets.
  • Lead the marketing side of our product release process, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales & Customer Success to bring a high-velocity roadmap to market with impact.
  • Define and drive go-to-market strategy for new features, capabilities, integrations, and partnerships, from narrative development through execution.
  • Build and maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape, turning it into positioning and assets that help Vantage win.
  • Drive the development of content assets and sales enablement materials that accelerate pipeline and help advance each stage in the buyer journey.
  • Interface directly with customers to deepen market understanding and turn their stories into compelling proof points.
  • Support analyst relations, ensuring Vantage is well-represented and influential in the conversations that shape our category.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience for technical products and/or to technical audiences.
  • Proven experience leading the go-to-market side of product launches from start to finish.
  • Comfortable working directly with a wide range of stakeholders, from highly technical customers and engineers to GTM leadership and industry analysts.
  • Exceptional understanding of go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and messaging, with a strong eye for market opportunities and the competitive landscape.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with demonstrated experience creating high-impact content and enablement assets that inspire action and fuel growth.
  • High-agency and entrepreneurial; excited to build the function from the ground up.
  • Experience balancing strategic vision and hands-on execution to drive measurable impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $145,000 - $175,000. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits for this role may include: equity, 401(k) plan; medical, dental, and vision benefits; and education stipends.
