Strategic GTM Planning: Lead annual go-to-market planning, quota/territory design, capacity modeling, and segmentation across regions.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Own global forecasting, ensure CRM data governance for accurate bookings, revenue, and compensation.
Sales Performance Analytics: Build dashboards/KPIs for pipeline health, conversions, productivity; provide actionable insights and QBR reporting.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
10+ years in Revenue Operations, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or Sales Operations in B2B SaaS/tech.
Proven experience in sales planning, forecasting, GTM execution.
Expertise in Salesforce (reporting, forecasting, territory management), CPQ, CLM, BI tools.
Architect and own Exa's end-to-end revenue technology stack (Salesforce, MOPS, SEP, CSP, CPQ, forecasting) with an AI-native approach. Requires 10+ years building and scaling revenue systems at high-growth B2B companies.
