Provides technical customer support for SDKs, APIs, and frontend integrations while debugging issues, creating proofs of concept, and partnering with Product and Engineering. Requires 2–3 years of frontend or similar technical experience and strong JavaScript, API, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide responsive, empathetic, and clear technical support to customers through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app help.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving Moov SDKs, APIs, and related tools.
- Debug frontend issues involving JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and integrations.
- Develop proof-of-concept implementations to support sales and implementations.
- Guide customers in implementing SDKs and following integration best practices.
- Build public FAQs and internal knowledge bases with technical writers.
- Improve documentation with Product teams based on recurring customer issues.
- Partner with Engineering on troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, prevention, and customer-centric improvements.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to internal tooling and support resources.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a frontend engineer or similar technical role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Postman for reproducing API issues.
- Basic understanding of Git and version-control workflows.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience writing SQL.
