Provides high-volume phone and digital support to self-directed investors, including complex options order execution, position analysis, and brokerage platform assistance. Requires FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications, options and futures knowledge, and 2–3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient support via phone calls.
- Assist customers with complex options order execution.
- Analyze customer positions and explain advantages and disadvantages of various strategies.
- Identify self-directed investors’ needs and provide timely solutions.
- Work Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM, depending on staffing needs.
Requirements
- Work onsite in the Chicago office five days per week.
- FINRA Series 3, 7, and 63 certifications.
- Familiarity with Regulation T and portfolio margin accounts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective customer interaction abilities.
- Proficiency with technology and tools including Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Teams.
- Understanding of options execution mechanics and pricing.
- Knowledge of futures and options on futures.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar, high-call-volume role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
