Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Bubble’s product, users, and company.
  • Provide app-specific technical support to users primarily through email.
  • Determine whether issues are usage questions or platform bug reports and resolve or escalate them accordingly.
  • Debug user applications to distinguish user-code issues from platform bugs.
  • Teach users to self-diagnose issues and provide AI-assisted code fixes when appropriate.
  • Escalate platform bugs to Engineering with clear reproduction steps.
  • Host live office hours for early users and promote Bubble best practices.
  • Analyze and improve support tools, documentation, and processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the user experience and communicate user insights throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work one Saturday-Sunday weekend shift every eight weeks, receiving two substitute days off.

Requirements

  • Recent college graduate motivated to begin a career in technology.
  • Investigative mindset, strong attention to detail, and aptitude for learning.
  • Ability to solve problems independently in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex solutions clearly.
  • Proven ability to learn a technical, internet-based trade, skill, or tool.
  • Experience building an application with Bubble, another no-code tool, or traditional code.
  • Ability to commute regularly to the New York City office.
  • US work authorization and residence within the New York City metropolitan area.
