Senior Product Manager, Contracts
Own the Contracts product at Tabs, turning unstructured customer contracts into structured billing and revenue models that power invoicing, collections, and ASC 606 compliance. Requires 5+ years PM experience in fintech, SaaS, or AI products, plus strong systems thinking and cross-functional leadership.
About the job
What You’ll Work On
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for how Tabs turns unstructured contracts into accurate, structured billing and revenue models
- Ensure contract data is structured correctly to power every downstream billing, revenue, and reporting workflow across the platform
- Define how contracts move through their lifecycle — processing, finalization, amendment, renewal, and termination — and build the workflows that make each step faster and more automated
- Push the boundary of what AI-powered extraction can handle: heavily redlined contracts, non-standard terms, amendment and commitment, and AI-driven contract feedback
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to drive what we build — you'll set direction for this domain, not just execute against it
- Define success metrics around extraction accuracy and processing effort, monitor data quality, and iterate based on outcomes and customer feedback
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous, technically complex problem spaces
About You
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, B2B SaaS, or AI/data products
- Experience owning a core product or workflow that the rest of the business depends on
- Experience building products that turn unstructured inputs into structured data
- Comfortable working with LLMs and AI — you have informed opinions on accuracy, evaluation, and when to trust model output
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to reason about how data models and workflows interact across a platform
- Exceptional cross-functional operator — you can align and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across a product with deep upstream and downstream dependencies
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
Strong plus
- Familiarity with billing, revenue recognition, or the contract-to-cash lifecycle — or a demonstrated ability to go deep in a complex financial domain quickly
