Director of Sales, Brand Direct & Agency Partnerships
Leads full sales cycle for brand direct and agency partnerships in advertising technology, building pipelines, closing high-value enterprise deals, and exceeding quotas using MEDDICC framework. Requires 7+ years B2B SaaS/AdTech sales experience and hunter mentality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive territory account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline with a hunter mentality.
- Lead end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in agency partner companies.
- Utilize MEDDICC sales framework for value-based selling in complex B2B cycles.
- Leverage advertising technology domain knowledge to tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Demonstrate negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
Requirements
- 7+ years in complex B2B enterprise sales, preferably SaaS and/or Advertising Technology with agency partner model.
- Proven track record of quota overachievement and closing high-value deals.
- Expertise in value-based selling and MEDDICC framework.
- In-depth knowledge of Advertising Technology industry.
- Fearless, curious, results-oriented hunter mentality.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
