About the role
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of Zocdoc's centralized marketing technology stack; managing vendor strategy, financial accountability, and unified software spending
- Acting as the AI champion, leading the integration of autonomous AI workflows that eliminate technical debt and automate campaign execution
- Establishing and managing the macro operational cadence including planning cycles, QBRs, and weekly leadership check-ins
- Building and fostering relationships with Creative, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to design infrastructure that enables high-velocity execution
- Designing and deploying scalable working models and cross-functional processes
- Driving rigorous data governance; owning data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration
- Working with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology to push the boundaries of marketing operations
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations leadership, MarTech stack management, and technical data governance
- The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable infrastructure and cross-functional working models
- Deep technical fluency in data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration
- A compassionate but consultative and confident approach with cross-functional stakeholders
- The mentality of an entrepreneur/owner and a strong bias to action
- Superb communication skills and humility
