What you’ll do
Brex is re-architecting GTM systems with AI-powered infrastructure to drive revenue growth and retention. Key initiatives include:
- AI agents embedded across GTM workflows for prospecting, lead qualification, onboarding, and engagement
- Intelligent outbound and lifecycle automation with dynamic personalization
- Pipeline prioritization and scoring improving ML models
- Application and onboarding optimization using AI to reduce friction
- Experimentation infrastructure for rapid testing
- Revenue tooling that compounds productivity
Responsibilities
- Own a critical GTM-related metric and define product strategy and roadmap
- Identify bottlenecks across revenue funnel and design systems to address them
- Lead 0→1 and 1→N initiatives to re-architect GTM infrastructure
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Data
- Influence stakeholders through strategy, business cases, and results
- Establish metrics and operate with rigor on experimentation and prioritization
- Help define and scale Brex’s Growth Product function
Requirements
- Experience building and scaling growth, revenue, or GTM systems in high-growth tech
- Experience owning and moving company-level metrics
- Strong systems thinking to identify leverage points
- Track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Deep analytical fluency; SQL proficiency preferred
- High ownership in ambiguity, building from first principles
Compensation
Expected salary range: $240,000 - $300,000. Starting base pay depends on location, skills, experience, market, and internal parity. Equity and other compensation may apply.
