Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a hybrid team of PMs and BSAs, fostering a culture of "solution consulting" where the team proactively identifies process bottlenecks rather than just taking orders
Product Operations Excellence
- Standardize the "how" behind our work
- Design and maintain prioritization frameworks, impact analysis templates, and collaborate on the standardized SDLC lifecycle for internal products
Roadmapping & Capacity Planning
- Drive the strategic 12-month rolling roadmap, balancing technical debt with high-impact projects
- Responsible for capacity modeling to ensure the team is staffed effectively against the company's highest priorities
Budget & Resource Management
- Partner with leadership on budget planning for our tech stack
- Optimize spend on licenses, third-party integrations, and external consulting resources
Strategic Liaison
- Serve as the primary partner for senior leadership across Sales, Finance, and Operations
- Manage expectations and maintain transparent prioritization and communication that aligns with company-wide initiatives
Financial Systems & AI Evolution
- Lead the requirements gathering for our expansion into financial systems
- Be on the forefront of AI innovation as we scale the business through AI adoption
- Layer cutting-edge automation on a firm, clean data foundation
Requirements Oversight
- Oversee the full requirements lifecycle
- Ensure business needs are translated into robust, scalable functional requirements, "to-be" process maps, and data-backed user stories
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, with a deep focus on the Salesforce ecosystem
- 7+ years of experience in Business Systems or Product Management
- 3+ years of direct people management experience, specifically leading PMs or BSAs
- Proven expertise in Product Operations, including experience managing roadmapping tools, capacity planning spreadsheets, and ROI-based prioritization frameworks
- Experience in budget management and vendor relations, specifically in a SaaS/Systems environment
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities and communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
