Senior Product Manager, Supplier Portal
Senior Product Manager responsible for taking a supplier-facing portal from concept through global rollout. The role combines marketplace expertise, technical fluency across APIs and platform architecture, data-driven execution, and coordination with commercial, engineering, and external partner teams.

Responsibilities
- Own the 0-to-1 journey for Navan's first dedicated Supplier Portal, including vision, strategy, discovery, pilot, and global rollout.
- Build intuitive self-service workflows, inventory controls, and performance dashboards to help travel suppliers maximize booking yield.
- Connect commercial and supply leadership in London and the US with engineering pods in India.
- Define success metrics, test hypotheses through focused pilots, and establish standardized instrumentation to measure marketplace health and supplier engagement.
- Reason through platform architecture, APIs, permissions, and data models to simplify complex supply-side integrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience at a fast-scaling software company.
- Track record of taking complex user-facing or platform features from concept to launch.
- Experience building vendor-, merchant-, or partner-facing tools within a two-sided marketplace.
- Technical fluency and the ability to partner daily with engineering teams on platform dependencies, API structures, and data flows; coding is not required.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience aligning commercial teams, engineering teams, and external partners across multiple time zones.
- Ability to thrive in high-accountability environments while keeping work engaging.

- Background in travel technology, GDS/distribution systems, or B2B enterprise SaaS.
